City of Roseville is Home to First Topgolf Location in Northern California

Golf entertainment company will create 450 jobs and provide an

estimated $264.5 million economic output over a 10-year period

 

The City of Roseville and global golf entertainment leader Topgolf International, Inc. today announced that Topgolf® has selected Roseville for its first Northern California location. With the approval of the City of Roseville, Topgolf plans to begin construction on the 65,000-square-foot facility this fall. The complex is expected to open to the public in spring 2015.

 

The new golf entertainment facility will be located on a portion of the 59-acre parcel of land purchased by Bayside Church last summer at the intersection of Blue Oaks Boulevard and Washington Boulevard, adjacent to Highway 65.

Community 1st Bank announced today that Sheri Del Torchio has been named Assistant Vice President, Credit Analyst. She has 12 years of experience in multiple roles in banking within the Sacramento region. Del Torchio comes to Community 1st Bank after working the past three years with Umpqua Bank in Roseville as an Assistant Relationship Manager for the real estate owned (REO) department. Community 1st Bank has branches in downtown Auburn at 649 Lincoln Way, and in Roseville at 2250 Douglas Boulevard.

As a credit analyst at Community 1st Bank, Del Torchio will be responsible for gathering and analyzing credit information on current and potential borrowers; determine the advisability of granting credit, and assist loan officers in writing loan requests.
